• You will be contacted on the same-day
• You will be triaged before payment to ensure your issue can be resolved by our pharmacist team
• If your issue cannot be resolved by a pharmacist, you may be given the option to see one of our private GP’s for an additional fee
• The fee for private pharmacy consultations is £35
